What's the difference between Diego Diagnostic and Workshop?
The Diagnostic gives you a comprehensive assessment and roadmap. The Workshop adds hands-on facilitation to actually design and plan the implementation with your team over 5 days.
Can I start with Lite and upgrade?
Absolutely. Many clients start with Diego Lite to get an initial reading, then upgrade to the full Diagnostic when they're ready for deeper analysis and recommendations.
How long does the Diagnostic take to complete?
The assessment itself takes 45-60 minutes. We then analyse your responses and prepare your report within 5 business days. The executive workshop is scheduled at your convenience.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, for the Workshop engagement we offer split payments (50% upfront, 50% at completion). Contact us to discuss arrangements.
What if our organisation is complex with multiple business units?
The Diagnostic can be run at different levels — corporate, business unit, or function. For multi-unit organisations, we often recommend the Workshop to address the cross-cutting complexity.
